What jail he or she is being held at?
Is it a county, city or federal law enforcement facility?
What is the booking number of the person arrested?
What charge is the person arrested being held for?
Make certain you have their full legal name.
The date of birth of the person arrested.
How much the bail is set for.
We will ask you some basic questions relating to the above questions about who, what, where, and why the person is in custody. We might also ask you questions about the arrested person such as where they work, time in current residence, and if they have had any prior arrests.
We are required by law to collect 10% of the bail as a premium. This premium is non-refundable. You will have to pay this amount or arrange financing with us to assemble the funds. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks as payment to assemble the funds needed to bail out the arrestee.
We, the bond agency, then have to post the full amount of bail with the jail or court.
Make sure you can be reached at the phone number you provide us for the next few hours. Generally you do not need to go to the jail. Only a licensed Bail Bond Agent can post bail in our jurisdiction. Persons who have just been arrested and are being processed are usually not eligible to see visitors for several hours.
